Laguna Beach Weekend Events

Good afternoon and happy Friday. I know that I normally have this all up and running much earlier then this. All the usual suspects are still in full swing...The Marvelous Wonderettes & Cabaret are still singing, The SawDust Festival, Art-A-Fair and The Festival of Arts are still there for the taking, The Pageant of the Masters is still in focus and the Farmer's Market is still supplying Saturday morning. As for the other happenings, away we go:

Saturday:
  1. Art Goes Green: Eco Friendly Design-This is at the Festival of Arts and in collaboration with Endangered Planet Foundation. This is the 1st official Art Goes Green day from 1pm to 4pm at the Festival of Arts, 650 Laguna Canyon Road.   2. "For the Bible tells me so" documentary-This documentary by Daniel Karslake discusses if the love between two people can ever be an abomination, is the chasm between homosexuals and Christianity too wide to cross and how can the Bible be used to justify hate? Beginning at 7:30pm at the Neighborhood Congregational Church, 340 St. Ann's Drive. This a free screening with coffee and desert on the patio starting at 6:45pm. Sunday

As the weeks go by in summer, I am glad to have seen and heard of few problems in our little community and also enjoy all the fun to be had here! Keep having fun out there and being safe.
